Erik was raised in the city of Verona, Italy. He graduated hospitality school in 2000 and has since forged his passion for wine and food by working in the industry. He currently is a certified sommelier by AIS and ONAV in Italy and has passed the first level at the Court of Master Sommelier. Today, Erik oversees the company interests from the Mid Atlantic to Florida.
